Digital Products

All products sold by With Love By G are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive access to your downloadable files via your order confirmation email and/or order status page.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This includes (but is not limited to):

Change of mind
Incorrect purchase
Lack of Canva knowledge or experience
Accidental duplicate purchases

Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Editing & Canva Access

All templates are designed to be edited in Canva.

A free Canva account is required to access and edit your template
You are responsible for editing and finalising your design
With Love By G is not responsible for printing errors once files have been downloaded
